The Walk to Emmaus

Please join us on a walk to commemorate the journey of two disciples on the very first Easter Sunday from Jerusalem to Emmaus.

The walk will take the form of a contemplative ramble. It is intended that we will walk from St. Nicholas Church, Elmdon to the cross in Meriden via the parish churches of Bickenhill and Hampton in Arden, a distance of around 6 miles, similar to that walked by the disciples. (If the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak the walk may be curtailed at Hampton in Arden, a distance of around 4 miles.)

The walk will leave St. Nicholas Church at around 10.00 a.m. on Easter Monday, 24th March.
