To mark the completion of the decoration of the Valley Church Centre there will be a celebration and thanksgiving evening on Saturday 25th October 2008. The evening starts with a Fish and Chip supper at 6.45pm. In addition to ‘local entertainment’ the Solihull Male Voice Choir will also be singing during the evening. Book this date now! Tickets (including supper) cost £7.50 and may be obtained from Gill Carter, Rob Dean, Tony Shaw or Joyce Taylor.

We invite you to come and meet our new CMS Link Mission Partners, David and Dawn Curran and their children Faye and Siân at the Rectory, Tanhouse Farm Road on Saturday 23rd August (or at Valley Church Centre if it is raining).

This will be an informal gathering starting at 3.30pm and will include a bring and share tea starting at 4pm. The evening will finish at about 7pm. Do come and join us for all or part of the time. There is no charge but there will be an opportunity to make gifts towards the support of our mission partners if you wish.

It will help with catering if you could sign one of the lists indicating you intend to attend. It would also be helpful if you could bring your own garden chair!
